ACT! to GoldMine (Formerly ACT!-Out!)

Extracts ALL your ACT! data and easily imports it into GoldMine.  If you have attempted to convert ACT! data, you know it is not an easy task.  ACT! allows you to extract contact data (names, address, user defined fields, etc.), but NOT history, calendar, groups, notes, etc.  This is because ACT! is built upon a proprietary database that does not give you full access to all the data.

We have already done the work with ACT!’s API  so you won’t have too.  CRM Switch! knows the database table structures of ACT! and GoldMine and EASILY guides you through the import process to insure your data conversion is fast and complete.

Our data migration includes: contact information (names, address, phone, etc.), all user defined field data, groups, calendar, history, forecasted sales/opportunities and all contact history.  Our product uses ACT!’s API to extract all the data and then uses GoldMine’s API to import data to all the various GoldMine database tables.  Because we use the APIs, your data migration happens FAST, is sync verified and complete.
