The formation of knowledge bases in best practice, competitive benchmarking and socio-economic market conditions is a major thrust and resource for the Group as a whole.
The ASAP Group have begun this with a huge initiative in South Africa, where we employ 15 research personnel at the University of Cape Town.
Their current brief is to focus on the CRM and recruitment markets – giving us knowledge, contacts, and the understanding to sharpen our solutions to clients. This means that at the ASAP Group,
we directly address the fact of global interdependence, which changes and shapes the needs of the business markets.
